Estia Group builds payment, exchange, and digital-asset infrastructure designed around Europe’s regulatory framework (estiagroup.io). Estia Tech owns product development and the infrastructure behind that ecosystem — and also delivers technology solutions externally. The engagement needed a senior mobile and platform team that could ship a customer-facing mobile experience while respecting the realities of regulated fintech: careful release control, secure session handling, and clear separation between product surfaces and backend services still evolving under licensing tracks (including payments and digital-asset initiatives). Speed mattered for market presence, but quality and operability mattered more: Estia needed a maintainable React Native codebase, reliable API contracts, and a delivery rhythm their internal tech leadership could continue after handoff.
